For a budget suspension, KYB AGX struts with adjustable damping are popular for street use. You can find them for sale on eBay and sometimes from our vendors in the Classifieds on this board. If you don't mind buying used, members sometimes list them for sale when they move up to coilovers or return the car to stock.

When stiffer springs are installed there usually needs to be additional damping from the struts and shocks, otherwise you may experience some very unpleasant 'bouncing' effect similar to an old '60s full-size Buick with 300,000 miles on worn out shocks. The difference is that with stiffer springs, it will be more of a bouncing feeling (more rapid) rather than 'floaty' from worn shocks.

Most members go for aftermarket adjustable anti-sway bars. I suggest just getting the rear one first, as that one makes a noticeable difference in the way an otherwise stock car handles. There are several brands to choose from: Cobb, Perrin, Whiteline, Cusco, etc. You can check the vendor threads for package deals, too.
