02 WRX Wagon Springs or Swaybar
I recently have been beefing up the suspension on my wrx wagon because i am moving from the straight streets of miami to the curvy mountains in north carolina. I have added 17 inch wheels with potenza RE750s with the front and rear gtspec strut bars and the gtspec ladder brace for the control arms and it has made a difference in the cornering of my ride. Now i have 250 bucks burning a hole in my pocket and i cant decide on whether to get new springs for my car or a rear sway bar with endlinks. I am looking at either tien s tech springs or the perin rear sway bar with links. Please advise me as to which one would better improve handling on my ride and if there is a better brand to get than the ones i am thinking about.

I would suggest going with the rear sway&links. I went with the 3 way adjustable cusco bar with the 2nd generation solid whiteline endlink and they are da bomb. There is really no downside to them at all, and they will make your wagon more neutral. The whiteline endlinks also are great because the bushings will eliminate some of the road noise that might be transmitted through all-metal links... just my opinion anyway.
As far as the springs, I tried the tein s techs for two days with stock struts and the ride was horrible. It was super bouncy, and I'd scrape on tall speed bumps and wheel-stops in parking lots... it sucked. If you are going to add koni inserts at the same time, it might ride ok other than the sucky ground-clearance.

Swaybar and endlinks and performance alignment will help you much more for $250 than springs. The sedan swaybar (and brushings) is an excellent cheap addtion. If you get a really stiff swaybar and endllinks then you could potentialy crack the mounts and should get heavy duty mounts as well. If you have $$ left, I'd go for a set of Helix wagon specific front endlinks too.
