What needs to be done at 13k for an 04

I just reached 13k on my 04 and I was wondering what else do i need to check besides changing the oil

I just had to be an oil change at the scheduled 12,000km (plus the usual fluid checks, join lube, etc.).

oil only

oil only. You shouldn't need a significant service outside of oil and safety/courtesty inspections until 30K
