Warranty denial and track events.

SOA is extremely hypocritical when it comes to denying warranty claims. How can they deny warranty claims for cars that have been taken to track events, when in SOA's own publication "Drive" they promote their own "Subaru Challenge Event"?

Anyone else catch this in the magazine? It just strikes me as odd that they would do something like that. The might as well add the warning "come to our track event so we can void your warranty on the spot".

Did you read through the link? Click on www.subaruchallenge.com. .......now click on "Legal Information". The first bullet point you'll see is this:

"SubaruChallenge.com is not affiliated in any way or endorsed by Subaru of America or Fuji Heavy Industries."

.....you may want to read through the additional points and disclaimers listed as well.
