under warranty?

I tried puttin on these wheel locks that turned to be the wrong size because it didn't fit. Well anyway, I tried to force it on and ended up wearing down the thread to the point where the bolt won't even stay on. So now I only have 4 bolts on 1 tire. Does anyone know if they can replace the thread/screw under the warranty? Here's the thing though, I have cucsco sway bars in, wil this affect it? Any help is appreciated.

Please don't try to get this covered under warranty. It was your own fault that you stripped the bolt in the first place. Just own up to your mistake and buy a new stud.

you can buy them off www.subaruparts.com or go to the parts department at a dealership. they are a couple bucks each.

this does not fall under any sort of warrenty. you put the wrong part on which damaged them. why should subaru pay?

they are not difficult to replace. if they are in the front then its even easier. you just hammer out the old ones and pop in the new ones. the rear is a little more difficult as you have to disassemble the rear parking brake. this has a few little pins and springs that can get annoying. all you need to do this is a few simple hand tools and a BFH (big freaking hammer)

depends on what broke and what you want fixed under warrenty.

if your engine blows, not an issue, if a stock endlink breaks for some weird reason and you want it fixed under warrenty, they will deny your claim

the law states that in order to be denied a warrenty claim when dealing with aftermarket parts, the aftermarket part/modification had to contribute in some way to the problem.

ok, so now i got the replacement stud, 5 bucks a piece. So what's the best way to do this? Do I have to take anything off before i hammer the old ones out and hammer the new ones in? its for the front side

it would be easier if you took off the brake rotors.

Sounds To Me Like Your Not Mechanically Inclined, Take It To Somebody Who Knows What They Are Doing Before You Do Any More Damage
