Trade in wrx for sti?

Hello all. I picked up a 02 wrx sedan last year for about 22k. It had rota rims, gauges and some aftermarket engine mods. Ill admit it, I paid way to much for a 02 and I rushed into the purchase. So my problem now is I wanna trade her in for a new sti. Ive never refinanced a loan before so Im a little worried about the loan and the interest rates. Right now Im paying 350 a month with a interest rate at 5.9% for 6 years. A brand new sti is like 30k and my bill for my wrx is at 18k.
Do u guys think its worth it? Will I be in debt for life and have to live in my car?
What do u guys think? Thanx much....

dude. you paid too much for an 02 wrx.
if you want a new STi then you should try and sell your WRX to someone else first for at least the price you are paying. then you consider your new STi. or else you will be in debt for your life. good luck.

Well.. he cant sell the car whole, he can let it go to another so they can finish his payments. Then you can save up a little and put a huge down on a STi. You wont be in debt it you down at least 1/3 - 1/2 of STi cost.

Don't forget the extra $$s that you will need for tax and insurance. This could be quite substantial going from the 02 WRX to a new STi. Get quotes before you get a shock.

go to the dealership and see what numbers they can pull up. I think the 06's still have a 3000 rebate. Just make sure you dont buy the first day. If they can give you a deal today, no matter what they say, they can do it again tomorrow.
