Exclamation Oil Changing??? Help!!!

Sup Tuners well I been wondering what type of Oil Filters and Oil do you guys use when changing your Oil? I don't know what the numbers means like (5W-30) or (10W-30) when changing your Oil, can anyone tell me and what Oil Brand to use for my 2005 Subaru Impreza WRX.

Those numbers are oil viscosities.
If you refer to your owners manual there is a section that explains what the oil specifications mean, and shows the recommended grades and viscosities that you should use. Just follow those recommendations.
As for brand everyone has their preferences, but the important thing is to use an oil that meets the requirements. Brand is secondary in importance.

as for filters, i use regular oem filters. you can purchase a 6 pack of filters from subaru genuine parts with crush washers if you need them.

look into a fumoto valve too, this will make oil changes a lot easier and cleaner. no need to remove the drain plug nor replace your crush washer.

at the moment im using castrol gtx 10w-30 oil. ill probably change to synthetic sooner than later and yes mobil 1 is what the majority of us use.

when installing the valve do you use a stock crush washer, or just the paper one that comes with it?

Either one will be fine, since it won't be loosened after you install it.
