I use Amsoil 5W-30 with Wix oil and air filters. I change mine about every 3000 miles though they say you can go to over 7,500 miles or more. I just prefer to change mine earlier as I live in a desert climate. This combo has worked great for me. There is a ton of comparison info on sythetics on the web at oil tech. This is a great consumer site which dispells many of the commonly held myths about many oils. They do many side by side comparison tests on many of the top notch synthetics. Awesome resource! They are out of British Columbia, Canada.
