it's not bad. Depending on area, you probably could've done a little better though, although I noticed that you're Bay area, which tends to be expensive... Given that you've got almost 100 posts though, dare I ask why you didn't check on this BEFORE you bought the car, rather than after, since at this point its pretty much too late to do anything about it....?

 

If your sales tax is 8.25 then you paid 23,300 minus the 1,500 rebate which equals 21,800 which is a really good deal.
