Ive seen this blue WRX with steel grey wheels twice in the last two days, and was curious if he was on the boards... (probably not, i drove past him and he didnt flintch) I will try anyway

I didnt see the brand of wheels, but they looked like steel-grey 17" wheels and otherwise it was a stock blue sedan with a spoiler. Some white dude driving and a chick in the passanger seat and I follwed him out of the campus onto Howe.
