i bought my 05 wrx used and i got moisture is the head lights wasnt a big deal at first but ots starting to bother me is there a way to make em look better with out buying new ones??? its not under warrenty because the previous owner took out the reflexters

When the previous owner cleared the lights they didn't seal them properly and that is why they are leaking now. The only way to fix them so they don't leak any more is to open them up again and reseal them.

Yes it is an easy fix as stated above. Just take the lights out of your car, take all the little screws out in the back and bake at 225 deg for 20 minutes then carefully pull them apart.
Clean the inside of the lens, do not touch anything that is chrome.
Take some Permatex 16B Silicone and put a new bead on. Put the sections back together. (They will not go all the way together at this point. Put the little screws in loosely, bake again ay 225 deg for 20 minutes. Use potholders and carefully squeeze the sections back together . Then tighten the screws.
Thats it.
