Christiansburg, VA 2009 Subaru Impreza 2.5 i Certified Hatchback Roanoke, VA Blacksburg, VA Motor Mile Chrysler Dodge Jeep

Im really considering this car but I havent made the decision yet, so I come to you guys in search of wisdom.

1) Is that a good price for the car taking year, mileage, features, etc in to account?
2) I hate the color, is getting a new paint job crazy expensive?
3) I dont really care about performance and all of that, but I would love to make it look more like an STi, or at least better in general than it currently does. Would an STi/WRX hood/bumpers/etc fit easily on the impreza?
4) I cant really find any WRX's or STi's around here, how much would a comparable one cost?
