little things
my mantra in this forum is "if something looks too good to be true, it is." I have yet to be proven wrong. $13 is not enough to be asking for this car if its mechanically sound. Yes, it has 70K on it, and it's an 02, but stage 3 represents a significant amount of modification which 1) greatly increases the liklihood that the already touchy transmission will, or has, taken a dump, and 2) represents a lot of work and money that wouldn't likely be sold at that price. Also, you would think that someone with the knowledge to have built a car like that would 1) spell WRX right in the title, and 2) spell Prodrive right. Possibly typos, but if I were trying to sell my car, I'd be darn sure at least the TITLE was spelled right.

you just never know. spend the couple dollars to talk to the seller. could be a million reasons(deployment, divorce, financial troubles) on my wife's wrx she owes 13k..so maybe this guy just needs to get out of his financial situation.
could be a very naive 2nd owner...
just call and let us know how it went.
