Dude i used to own a 2002 MBP WRX w/ 84373 miles on it. I got Vishnu Stage 2 (V350) setup similar with the mods you mentioned. plus i had navigation/dvd/mp3 player on it and VOLK RACING 18" w/ parada spec II tires on craigslist for over 2 months...no one wanted it. FYI listed for $18K.
