Does anyone know what's involved in replacing instrument panel lighting bulbs? My '00 2.5RS instrument panel is dark on the left side.

I have the full Suby service manual, just can't find anything about replacing the bulbs.

Don't have the specifics for your car, but in general you have to pull the cluster out to gain access to the back side where the bulbs are, you can then remove the blown ones and replace them. They come out by twisting slightly and pulling them out, and go back in the same way. I'd suggest replacing all of them to avoid having to do this again in the near future.
FYI if you run the instrument lights slightly dimmed at night, they will last much longer (and also be less visually distracting).
