I was wondering if anyone had any info on the history of the impreza, a good book or a website would be nice.

I'm mostly just trying to straighten out the different models and the years they were made in and what generation of the car was built in what years

sorry if this question sounds a little basic but i'm new to impreza's I did a search but didn't find much info,

I'm not really interested in the wrx model or the wrx sti because of the high insurance prices

any help would be appreciated.
