I'm thinking of selling my car (2001 RS Coupe) to buy either a truck or a sedan. I need you guy's opinion on how much I should sell it....

I'm the first owner and i bought it new. the car has very low milage, around 38,000 miles (60% city 40% highway). and is well taken cared of... Oil change at every 3K miles. never raced it. It has been in a minor accident and was fixed by other party's insurance co. still drives well and has lots of torque. it has warranty until the end of february 06 (I believe). paint has normal wearing including some small barely noticable rock holes. interior is still nice and does not smell like cigarette smoke (non-smoker)...

options came with the car:
Keyless entry/security system
upgraded premium sound
center arm rest extension
Alti-meter (later installed)

I had some Go fast parts like:
Perrin Light weight Pulley
Borla Headers (still has lifetime warranty card)
Nology Hotwires
Grounding kit
Voltage stabilizer
Tokyo Engine Intake (CAI)
K&N filter
Group N tranny and firewall mount
Custom Cat back and exhaust with 2.5 inch piping.
Short throw shifter (customized for even shorter throw)

I had some rice installed like:
C-West Body kit
Zero Style rear wing
DUal Halo lights
Black corner lights,
clear bumper and side lights
Used to be Pink but now.... Black "i" that lights up at night.
Sonic Black Rear lights
Red/Black interior Carbon fiber trimming
Rota Formel Sports Bronze (might turn to stock wheels)

Any feedback will help...and also any tips or advise on steps I need to clear through DMV before I sell my car to somebody?.... sort of nebie in selling cars here...

Make sure you calculate how much $$ the sedan or the truck would cost you...check insurance, MPG...tires are also much more expensive on a larger vechicle
