Car Info: 2002 Subaru Impreza WRX
That is a lot of miles for a car thats about a year old. I never heard of a "momo package" either from a dealership and $17,000 seems a bit much for the miles and the fact that there already are 2005 models out already.

I would recommend negotiating again, bring the car to a certified Subaru tech, and/or continue shopping.

Car Info: 03' Subaru Impreza WRX - R.I.P.
The first batch of 03's were produced in mid-2002. It is not really that high a mileage for a well-maintained impreza.

What is the momo package?

Momo package? Sounds like the guy is BSing you by claiming the steering wheel (and maybe his aftermarket shift ****) is part of some type of option package that he paid (and you will pay) extra for. There is no such thing. But that's a pretty good price, even with the miles.

These cars do come with "MOMO Package" - more so in Japan but they are in the states on the newer models, ask a dealer, check ebay etc.

MOMO - either way is some great stuff! Custom Leather wheels/***** from Italy - made for sports cars.
