I think I broke a gear
Just had the 02 WRX in for service 30000 mile checkup and also a report of loss of power around 4500 rpm.
The clutch I had was slipping.
So 300 miles later, I'm at school going about 5 mph over a crosswalk, and I hit the gas and SLAM, BANG! I can't get it in and out of gear, I can't do anything but drive it in second which Is what I shifted to.
Possible broken gear?
No mods, under 36k miles...I don't think Subaru can say I abuse the car...any chance SOA covers this?
