how to change tranny oil???

how to change tranny oil???

hi guys, i know how to change my engine oil, but id really like to see pictures and descriptions on how to change the transmission oil to synthetic instead of the factory tranny oil. i want my tranny to feel smoother. if anyone knows how and has picture of how to change their own tranny oil on their WRX, PLEASE help me, thanks a lot.

It's real easy. The fill tube is where the dipstick under the intercooler ends, and there's a very obvious drain plug on the bottom center of the gearbox case. Make sure the oil is warm when you change it or it will take days to flow out.
