Wrong forum.

The wagons are supposed to be a little more tail happy in hard corners. That's the only real difference I've heard of.

The sedan has more rear wheel arch clearance so you can runner wider tyres without rubbing issues.

There aren't many differences in stock form. I didn't notice any significant oversteer. As a matter of fact I thought there was a huge lack. The sedans can run wider tires without modification. Shoving a 235 with any lowered suspension on a wagon is a chore. With such few differences when comparing the two, the wagons versatility takes the win. Only a wagon owner can vouch for this. Maybe a sedan owner could, if they'd admit they have employed their buddy and his wagon to help him move.
