i just got my car back about a week ago with brand new gears after the transmission had been blown... everything works perfect except its grinds like **** about 75% of the time when i shift into third gear... anyone have any ideas on why or any suggestions... just hessitant to take it back to the shop after not having it for 2 months, dont wanna go without it again d: \

 

Suck it up and take it back ASAP, there is obviously something wrong if it's doing that right after a repair. The longer you drive it that way the more damage will be done.

 

I have a 06 Sti and it started sticking in third right away. No surprises, this is my third Sube and they all had problems goin in third. It seems to be chronic but not life threatening
