Angry Door Ding

I have had my new 04 WRX for exactly a week and I show up this morning and there is a door ding in the rear driverside door! I park like a mile away everywhere I go and this is really frustrating! I also only park on end spaces but still someone manages to open their damn door into my car. I just can't believe people can be so inconsiderate of other people's property. I was really hoping to keep this car dent free (for at least a week?).

Anyone had good experiences with "paintless dent removal". How much did it cost?

The dent isn't "huge" but it is big enough to make the car feel tarnished! BAD KARMA TO WHOEVER DID THIS!

I will take a picture of the dent when I charge my camera up but my car is silver.

Any help or ideas in the process of dent removal would be greatly appreciated. I do have the "DING KING" which I got as a joke gift for christmas but it didn't work great on my BMW (seems like the subaru panels are not as thick though). Anyone have good experiences with the DING KING.

Just look up auto bodies in the phone book - you should find some places there. My car has been smashed fully already and just got a nice new ding in the fender last week - haven't even had it a year yet.

I have had a great experience with Dent Pro, not sure if they have them all over but if you have one near you they do a great job, but aren't all that cheap.

Like everyone else said.. Paintless dent removal works pretty well. I had a ding on my new 04, and had it popped out. You really can't tell where it was, and it was even on the roll of the door panel where it was tricky to pop out. The place I used would drive to your work, home, etc. I would definitly use them again for future dings, but I would probably wait until I had a couple since the offered the first one at $55, and then subsequent ones on the car for $35 or $40.
