for some reason cylinder 1 likes to missfire occasionaly..........its hot in houston, and one time when i was changing my spark plugs i left cylinder 1 unhooked for about a good 30 seconds the car was running, the car started to jolt and then i was lookngi for the problem, kept the car on for about 30 - 40 seconds, and i think it caused damage maybe? cause now cylinder 1 started to msisfire 3 weeks after that ;/

car idles rough and it seems to happen only when i turn the a/c on

 

How do you know if the engine misfire? better yet how do you know exactly which cylinder? . . just a question that I want to know myself.

 

autozone, pulled the cel code and is said cyl 1 missfire...........

and you can also feel the car vibrate and throw you around liek a roller coaster

 

well you left the plug wire off so yeah it will set the code.if you still get the code after securing the wire and clearing the code.the problem we are seeing the most is that the intake/exhaust valves are adjusted too tight.seeing that you are from warmer area i can see where this would be more noticable
