when i have my a/c on, i notice a metalic squeak every now and then, normally when accerlerating in 1st gear, and then periodically while accerlerating/decelerating afterwards. i don't really know where it's coming from though, can't really tell while driving. anyone notice this too? anyone know what it is and if it's bad? i got a 03 wrx.

 

check your ACC belt. it might be alittle loose. push with your finger and there should be about 9mm of deflection in the middle. you can tighten it at the adjustener. try and search for pulley removal.
