Just thought I'd share my good experience with Stevens Creek

When I bought my 05 WRX Wagon, Steven's Creek gave me a much better deal than any other stealer would. I simply emailed their internet fleet manager and he e-mailed me back with a killer deal. All I had to do was go down and test drive the car and write them a check. Best experience I ever had buying a car. I live out of the area so I've never taken it there for service so I can't speak for this aspect.

I went to Stevens Creek before I bought mine, and i also talked to the fleet manager. I told him i was shopping around for prices... he actually laughed at me, then made a sarcastic comment saying it would be 40k... ( i think due to the fact that i was 19 then now 20) and told me to come back when i am serious about buying a car... i left, went out and bought mine from Albany Ford/Subrau for 31.5k the same day.... I also have two friends that have nothing but problems from them... Daniel at Albany is a really cool guy and is willing to make a deal...

you got lucky then. I went to look at LGTs when my mom was shopping for a car. We drove there in my WRX. The salesman was trying to convince me to trade my WRX in for the LGT and even after making it clear that we were not insterested in trading in my Wagon, he would not drop it. Then we asked him about the price on the LGT. My mom did the whole negotiating thing with the guy and he said they could not budge on the price. he offered an 04 Legacy as an alternative. I told him that we werent interested in an 04 since they were not turbo, he then insisted that I was wrong and that the 04 LGT was turbo. I asked him to show me the turbo and he could not. We left at that point.

the only reason i got a deal at stevens creek on my 05 WRX is because Subaru had a nice rebate at the time. $24,900 out the door. When i went in I honestly wasnt planning on buying it that day, but they had one of the few blacks available at the time.

when i did get the car it was like 7 pm and pretty dark. I wanted to pick it up the next morning after they washed it, but the sales guy told me some bull**** that it would be way too busy. i was kind of excited to take it home anyway so i did, i didnt really fight him. I realized why he rushed me out the next morning... fine scratches everywhere. On top of that, the finance guy lied about a supposed discount i would get on the interest rate if i did automatic monthly deduction. When i went back to complain about it... jerk gave us the run around. i dropped it only because it was a good rate anyway.

Long story short.. Screw Stevens Creek. No customer service and they'll screw you any chance they get. I should have went to Livermore which is much closer to me. To this day I ask my self why I didn't.
