Sort of controversial topic I guess. If you found a modded car with mods that you would eventually get would you buy it? It's a local car so a test drive would be possible. Is the only concern the trans. blowing up? Does a stg. 4 setup hurt the reliability of the WRX engine as well as make it dangerous for long distance trips? Heres what the car has engine wise:

prodrive muffler (round tip)
Kartboy short throw
boost gauge mounted on left of steering column

It also has susp. upgrades (prodrive), a CarPC, 7" pop up screen, etc. Basically what i would end up at. With a test drive would you buy such a car? I know it's prob been drivien hard, but if tranny is ok and clutch is not slipping what other things should i worry about? thanks, this is one of the few cars in my area for sale.
