Hey! I ordered my brand new 2013 wrx and am soo pumped! I live in the mountains of colorado so im looking to put snow tires on her, can i put an 18" rim on the wrx? Also im hearing multiple things about break in periods and not driving her too hard for a certain number of miles, some say 2,000 some say 3,000 any input would be great!!!! Thank you!!!!

Break in period will be included in ow.ers manual I believe. 18s will fit but I'm not sure if they sell snow tires that are 18". Hopefully others will chime in.

The break in period for a 2013 wrx is 1000 miles. You will need to vary your speed and keep it under 4000 RPM. It's also important that you don't use cruise control during this time. Here's your car manual if you want to read up on it some more:

Also, congrats. I got my 2013 after waiting 10 weeks.

Not exactly a dedicated snow tire, but the Conti Extreme DWS are snow rated and have sizes available in 18"
