04 Wrx $22,300?

Is $22,300 a good price for an 04 WRX sedan in blue with the 5MT? I noticed on edmunds that the invoice is $22,472. Normally it would be a good deal, but since there is the $750 cash back thing going on, shouldn't the price be atleast $500 less than $22,300?

I got my wagon for $23K, with a handfull of options.

My prices were lower than the Edmunds numbers; I had the printout and I made him beat it. I also had other quotes from dealers with lower-than-Edmunds prices.

$24K out the door with extended warranty.
