came out of my 2000 2.5rs started making a knocking sound so i had it replaced

had 80k on it when it started knocking, would still start when taken out but knocked loudly.

had clutch flywheel and plate all replaced st the same time have all the old parts if anyone is interested make me an offer

 

The knocking is common in those motors. My subaru mechanic told me it is the wrist pins. The knocking does go away once the engine warms up, and my 2.5 is still going strong with over 130,000+ miles on it.
