I've tried the wanted forum...gah 0 replies...I've looked all over the net for a suitable car. I want a Subaru Impreza. 4WD, GC8 (old body style). Wagon, coupe, whatever. I got $3000 to spend, with the ability to go SLIGHTLY over my limit. The only site where i found a good car was www.autotrader.com and even then it wasnt that great. I'm in Wisconsin, and would travel to surrounding states for a car.

 

Most used Subies will go for 5k or more even with high milage. Good luck finding something in the 3k range. Try Yahoo auto.

 

Yeah, like everybody else said, subies are kinda expensive. If you're just lookin' for downright cheap, ebay might be the way to go, otherwise, I would be on autotrader, which you already did.
