Yea, hehe I meant the SVX. I guess it just got phased out? It wasn't anything before they changed the name or anything... like the mazda 6 is the 626. You know how somethings are just the same car and they change the name or replace it. Anyways, thx.
Killer cars.
2+2 seating arangment
3.3L H6 N/A motor (EZ33)
~230hp and ~230lb/ft of torque
Only available in auto
I think the production ran from 90/91 till about 93/94. Very quirky cars that didn't sell well until they were discontinued.
Lots of people have started dropping in manual transmissions (and I met a guy about 6 months ago that was planning on putting in a 6spd, with DCCD).

They were originally released here as the XT and XT-6 and called the Alcyone in Japan (in the mid 80s). The SVX was the second or third generation (IIRC) of the Alcyone and when it went out of production in the mid 90s here, it went out of production worldwide (maybe a year or two after the US demise)

My friend has an SVX and it is pretty hot. I think they actually made them til 95-96. Auto only definitely sucks tho. I believe it has a 240 hp h-6 n/a in it tho, definitely cool. I like the really wide tires and low profile, too.
