What should I do next to my car?

It's my daily driver but I will be taking it to the track also. I don't want to do anything illegal since I can't afford to be pulled over. Right now I have new rims, tires, and an exhaust waiting to be installed. Also have new rotors, pads, and ss lines.

I'm considering the following....
carbon fiber sidemarkers
fog light covers
new grill
converting to wingless?
some pink badges
JDM sidemarkers?
carbon fiber hood/trunk?
STi scoop
sway bars
strut bars
short shifter
FMIC
guages (currently only have autometer boost)

What order do you think I should do this stuff in? Or should I do something else? Or not do some of this?

It really depends on which direction you want to head with your car. Sounds like you are more concerned with appearance at this point, so I would go with that stuff first.
