If you use synthetics bump the viscosity up to 80W90, you won't have the syncro trouble everyone seems to get with the recomended 75W90 Synthetics.

I'm using Amsoil, over 60,000 miles, no failures.

Or add the ShockProof to the Redline, for synchro friction. Another good transmission oil is Royal Purple...

royal purple is snake oil, stick to OEM/redline etc.
