I have to say I'm suprised and gladdened but also concerned. Where will we keep him? What will we do with him? What kind of retaliation/terrorism will either promote. IMO it almost would have been better if he died like his sons. I hope for as peaceful solution as is possible out of this whole situation.

Oh, he will die, rest assured. We're just interrogating him, then he will be tried by an Iraqi coalition, which will determine his guilt (certain) and the method of his execution (probably brutal). The Iraqis are allowed to do much worse things to him than we are.

and on that note i can alomst guarantee he'll be interogated by on of our allied forces that don't abide my the geneva convention rules. That's america's loop-hole when it comes to getting answers.
