A catless downpipe will result in a CEL with code P0420 which indicates catalyst inefficiency. There are "fixes" available that connect to the rear 02 sensor and fool the ECU into thinking a cat is still present. Note that the fixes currently do NOT work on '04s.

I don't have a link for you but a quick search here, on NASIOC and on the general internet under "MIL eliminator", "CEL fix" and similar variations will turn up many vendors selling these.
Remember that these will only eliminate the P0420 code from a missing cat, if you have a CEL from other mods or problems you need to deal with that separately.
