Ok, maybe this is a "n00b" question, but I was scrolling through the thread titles and found the "Troll Hall." It says that I-Club doesn't ban the trolls, but they are limited to the "Troll Hall."

Is that a joke, because if it isn't, it's funny as hell. :rotfl:

 

No, thats basically the case. People aren't banned, but made Trolls. There only permission is in the troll hall :rotfl:
