Touch up paint is under $8 after tax. it comes with a brush inside,works like model paint. relatively easy to use. you might wanna use some liquid mask to mask out the good paint, so that you dont paint outside the chip, and do a couple thin coats. it blends in with the car from far away, but still noticeble up close.
