In regards to the above thread:
I read all of your posts and weighed all this advice and finally decided on the WRX Wagon. I took the wife for a test drive and she loved the car. (or at least she didn't di-like it – and got tired of me talking about it all the time - and finally gave in.) It's the perfect mix of fun and practicality!
We picked up our Silver WRX Wagon on June 26th. I'd post pictures if I had a digital camera, but I don't. And, I'm sure you've all seen a stock WRX wagon before anyway.
We've had the car for over a month now and totally love it. I'm definitely glad we went with the WRX over the RS. Mostly because I won't have to deal with adding the aftermarket turbo and/or other parts myself. The STI would have been ideal, but it was too difficult to make that sale (I mean with the wife).
Anyway, thanks again everyone for your help in making this decision and purchase. We ended up paying $20,500.00 before the trade in.

Congratulations and welcome to the club.
Once you've gone through the wear-in period, your next mission is to kill the Re92s so you can justify replacing them with something better.
Enjoy

Hello, sorry for the delay getting back to you, I've been away for a little while. I got it for 20,500 at Pilgrim Subaru in Rhode Island. The car is on 04 and the only option I got was the keyless entry. That was before tax but I think included the destination charge.
