Recently I had to order some parts for my '95 Impreza, so I go to subaruparts.com, find everything and try to place an order, but my card doesn't clear and the transaction doesn't complete. Try again - same thing. Ok, figure my billing and shipping addresses must be different. Later that day, I go to the store to get some grub, and, alas, my credit limit is full! So I call up my cr. card company and they say there are two PENDING transactions. Mind you that when ordering I was told that the transaction did NOT clear and the order was NOT placed.
So now I am pissed and call up subaruparts.com to cancel one of the orders and process the other.
-"I am sorry, but all sales representatives are busy."
Have been trying to reach them for a week - no luck. Left several messages and sent several emails - no reply. What's up with these guys? Anyone had any luck contacting them before?

 

I've had no problems in the past contacting them, but they seem busy this past week because I didn't get a response to an emailed question about order status. But all of a sudden I received an email from DHL that my order shipped.

I dunno...

 

I've never had any problems with Subaruparts.com but haven't placed an order this year, yet. I called them on the phone last year and they were able to accomodate my special shipping instructions to a different address and carrier.
