I called my dealer yesterday to schedule my 1000mile oil change, cause i was told it should be changed and the system flushed out after the first 1000 miles, well the guy at teh service dept tells me that i dont need my first oil change till 3500 miles. now this is my first new car and all. but do they flush the system out and change the fluids at 3500. i dunno i just know alot of ppl get theirs done at 1000 so im confused hehe

 

I was glad I changed mine at 1000. Magnet was really cruddy. I had a 1994 Accord back in 1994 and when I changed it at 1000 the magnet on the plug had tons of metal shavings on it. WRX wasnt as bad as that but was still cruddy
