No specs have changed with the exception of maybe weight, depending on options installed. You can see some specs on http://impreza.subaru.com -> WRX -> WRX Specs and Features Highlights, and they appear to be all the same as the 02/03.

There's actually been some changes;
the front mounting points have been hardened a little, the dampers have been revised for better handling, and the rebounds have been revised for less of the "hit a bump adn the car goes up your ****" feeling. Mostly the only reason to get a 2004 is the better aerodynamics and slightly better suspension.

So who's going to be the guinea pig for putting a 2004 gauge cluster in their 2002/2003?

Window Antenna == crap. I hate those things.

Dilger,
I have a auto SAturn now and she hates it she wants a manual. So there is one argument. She knows that the WRX is my dream car. SHe grew up with her dad buying and improving sports and GT cars so she enjoys a performance vehicle herself. Plus I have a cool wife, we have no kids and with her promotion have some extra money. I know this wont work with all wives just my situation.

Apparently the Canadian-spec '04 WRX's will have Electronic Braking Distrib. too. I can't imagine the U.S cars would be different.
According to a product manager at Subaru Canada speaking at a recent press conference, the seats in the '04 WRX are the same as teh STi's (just without the fancy colours and embroidery).
