yeah i was at venice beach walking around looking at all the crazy people there and then i see this car. at first i did pay much attention to but then i saw the back of it and on the break light and " SUBARU" what kind of subaru is this?

That is the old Subaru XT. They were also available w/turbo and AWD. That particular one was converted to a covertible.
