Yeah I was driving to work this morning and where the speedometer gauges are I saw that there was a smear and I can't tell if its in the outside or inside. What should I clean it with because it looks all gross, I just hope its in the outside not the inside can you guys tell me what you think

 

yeah it was some *** smear maybe from the ac but I got it with the windex thanks anyways
