Newb questions galore!

Alright, so I'm not quite a newb anymore, but I feel like one. After the other night at the track anyway. So here goes:
First off, what is the stock setting for boost? I have heard a lot of different numbers. I have the following mods: Tanabe Racing Medallion Cat back, AEM cold air intake, and Apexi Digital boost. (bov too, for what it's worth) and 18" 5Ziggen FN01RC's. I had decent reaction times, but my numbers on the 1/8 were 9.6 to 9.9 so what's going on? I had stock rexes beating me? Is the wagon that much heavier? (Sorry, forgot to mention that till now)
So I guess what I'm really asking is how much boost should I be using (right now at 1 bar or 13.7lbs btw) and is there anything else that could be keeping my times down? Keep in mind this is a daily driver that takes me, my wife and my son around, so I don't want to blow it up. :P Please let me know. Thanks
Jay

a couple things
1 bar = 14.7 psi not 13.7
an intake will reduce hp
an aftermarket bov will hurt you as well
depending on how much those wheels weigh they can slow you down as well
