When i am driving sometimes the car decelerates very little, but i am not taking my foot off the pedale at all. It feels like a small hiccup. Not only can I feel it but i can hear it too, it sounds like i am down shifting, but only for a second. I realy don't know what it could be.

what year? and model? If its a turbo you might just have a flat spot in your exceleration. Or might be a/c clutch, that can take away more power than people think on our engines. Our car can run pretty good on bad gass so might be that but dont really think that that would be likely.
my 2002 wrx does something similar. Its quite subtle. Sounds like the engine misses during a steady acceleration. I read somewhere that the stock ecu program has some flat spots like that probably due to tuning for emissions, fuel economy and performance.
If this sounds like what you noticed I think its normal. Probably the only way it can be "fixed" is via a custom tune or aftermarket ecu map.
If it's not suble then you should probably ask your local Subaru dealer especially if its still under warranty.
