Rear Seats in WRX sedan

Quick question,

Do the rear seats in the WRX sedan fold or not ?
i.e can you say put a large box in the trunk and pass it through to the back seats ?

The wagon's rear seat will fold down, the sedan only has a center pass through big enough for a couple of snowboards or pairs of skis.
