Question about VIP program

Hey guys

I'm getting ready to purchase my new WRX this coming spring going through Subaru's VIP program (IMBA member). What I am wondering is, will this work for me placing an order for a 04 WRX or can this only be used for 03's since the 04 isn't going to be here until around june sometime.

old one is a lot cheaper right?

they have $2000 rebates on those?

Question, I know that IMBA is a mountain biking thing, but where can I find information Strictly about Subarus VIP program and it's bennies?
