I have an '04 WRX sedan. Everytime I try and release the trunk latch on the inside of the car it doesn't work. When I pull the latch up it feels like when you put the cancel switch up to prevent valet from accessing the trunk. On top of it all, my key to open the trunk doesn't work at all. I tried all the keys that the dealer gave me(I received three). The only way I can access my trunk is through the fold down center in the backseat to release the emergency glow in the dark latch on the inside of the trunk. Anyone have any info on how to fix this? Help is much appreciated.

Okay, I tried to losen the two bolts but, I couldn't get the d@mn things loose! I finally gave up and just slammed the trunk shut and that seemed to do the trick. Thanks for the help.
