Stop and go city driving and staying in boost will keep you below 20 mpg. Is your car manual or auto?

I was hoping that was you and not someone just bitin' your name. I've known Vinroc since we were kids.

Anyway to answer your questions, switching to synthetic will help as will keeping the revs below 3K. I also got crappy mileage on my first tank, but it got a little better after.
